y99o Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "y99o", "we", "us", "our" refers to the y99o platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing gaming and betting services at y99o.app.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the y99o platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the y99o website accessible at y99o.app, together with all related mobile interfaces, sub-pages, and digital services offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon completing the y99o registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by y99o that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real money or withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y99o. Your acceptance is confirmed by any of the following actions:

• Completing the y99o account registration process and ticking the Terms & Conditions acceptance checkbox.
• Logging in to an existing y99o account after these Terms have been updated, where a notification of the update has been provided.
• Making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus on the y99o platform.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. y99o reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

To register and maintain an active y99o account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered to a Pakistani network (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or SCOM). Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one y99o account. It is your responsibility to ensure that no duplicate accounts are created, whether intentionally or otherwise. If you believe you may have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify y99o support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. y99o will never request your password through any communication channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify y99o support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

y99o accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, provided that y99o's own systems were not compromised. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance of the relevant activity.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting y99o customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

All financial transactions on the y99o platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y99o does not charge players any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer.

Minimum Deposit: Rs 500. Maximum Single Deposit: Rs 500,000 (subject to review for higher amounts).

Bank transfers complete within one business day. y99o reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rs 50,000 or where our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity.

y99o does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and passed initial KYC verification where required.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), eligible games, and an expiry period. These terms are binding and cannot be waived.

• For cricket matches, "match abandoned" or "no result" outcomes will result in bets being voided and stakes returned, unless specific in-play or rain-rule markets apply as stated in the market rules.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. y99o is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by broadcast lag, data provider latency, or network issues on the player's end.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to the exploitation of obvious errors, match-fixing related activity, or coordinated multi-account betting — will result in bet voidance and account investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y99o platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one y99o account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the y99o platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to y99o support immediately.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games, including sharing hand information in real time through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no intention of genuine gameplay.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the y99o platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any y99o content without prior written consent.
• Creation of derivative works based on y99o content or software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the y99o platform.

y99o's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes y99o's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

y99o reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, player funds will be held securely and not accessed by y99o. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, funds will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, y99o may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific breach as detailed in these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which y99o holds its operating licence.
